The free editions of popular plugins often cap the archive size or sell the migration itself as a paid add-on. There is neither here: archives are built, uploaded and unpacked in small steps, so 20 GB goes through the same way 200 MB does.
The new database is loaded into temporary tables first and switched over in one atomic step. If anything fails before that, the site never notices. The previous database is kept for 7 days and one button puts it back.
Caches, logs, other plugins' backups and leftover copies like plugins-old or uploads.bak stay out of the archive. They are often what makes an archive several times bigger than the site.
Export, upload and import in chunks, resuming automatically after timeouts and dropped connections.

Addresses and paths are rewritten automatically, including serialized widget, page-builder and ACF data and JSON-escaped values.

The previous database lives for 7 days. “Everything works” removes it, “Undo import” puts the site back as it was.

A full backup every N runs, only changed files in between: minutes instead of hours.
The host's object-cache.php, advanced-cache.php and db.php are never moved or overwritten, and WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, W3TC and other caches are cleared after import.
Install the plugin on the old site, open Export, pick what to include and download the .wowm file.
On the new site open Import and drop the file. Review the server check, keep “back up first” on and confirm.
Log in with a user from the old site, run Tools → Find leftover links and press “Everything works”. If not, “Undo import”.
